Senior Pastor Glen Nudd was born and raised in a Christian home in the city of Calgary, Alberta. After graduating from high school in 1984, Glen attended the University of Calgary for one year. Sensing the leading of the Lord, he then transferred to the Full Gospel Bible Institute for one year before entering into full-time youth ministry.
While fulfilling the role of a Youth Pastor, Glen completed his Bachelor of Science in Church Ministries degree from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
In 1991 Pastor Glen started Rocky Mountain Bible Church with a small group of believers. The church's leadership very much wanted to belong to a fellowship with a balanced ministry that believed solely in the Word of God and the ministry of the Holy Spirit. The Lord soon lead Pastor Glen and the fellowship to Calvary Chapel, Costa Mesa, California.
In 1994, Rocky Mountain Bible Church became Rocky Mountain Calvary Chapel. Pastor Glen is a gifted teacher and servant of the Lord, who is known among his flock for his impassioned teaching style, loving encouragement and Godly wisdom.
Assistant Pastor Quinn Davis was born in Regina, Saskatchewan. After graduating from high school, Quinn entered the broadcasting field in radio and television. Three years later, Quinn felt the leading of the Lord to attend Bible School.
Quinn and Glen met while Quinn was attending the Full Gospel Bible Institute. While studying there for two years, Quinn joined Pastor Glen in youth ministry over one summer and then the following year before moving east to pastor. In 1996, Quinn was reunited with Pastor Glen and became the Assistant Pastor for RMCC.
Pastor Quinn is known and loved by the RMCC flock for his passion, commitment and love for God. Pastor Quinn's creativity, high energy and his love for the Word of God are reflected in many of RMCC's seasons of ministry.
In November 2002, the Lord graciously added to our Pastoral team, Pastor Stan Block. Pastor Stan brings with him years of ministry experience. He has a gentleness and love for people that the Lord uses to pour out His grace through. Pastor Stan has come on board as our Campus Pastor and building superintendant. He is a wonderful blessing to the fellowship.
In March 2007, the Lord blessed us with another pastor to our Pastoral team. Pastor Colin Schlegel brings with him boundless energy, enthusiasm & passion for the Lord. Pastor Colin ministers to the Youth in Student Ministries (Cross Connections)
Having accepted Christ as his Saviour while studying radio broadcasting in Calgary in 1988, Les felt a call to serve in Christian radio. With no full-time Christian radio stations in Canada at the time he applied for overseas missions work and was accepted with Trans World Radio where he served for 3 years. This lead to 13 years of missions work in Puerto Rico where he served in Christian radio and later with Calvary Chapel of Puerto Rico. Sensing God's call to head home after serving 4 years at a Christian radio station in George Town, Grand Cayman, he and his wife Teresa came to Calgary in April of 2009. After sitting, and serving, at RMCC over the next year Les was brought on as a member of the pastoral team in March of 2010. Les currently oversees the Priority 1 web-radio ministry, produces the "Stay in the Word" broadcast and assists with the Maranatha young adult group. His greatest joy comes from seeing God's sheep grow and mature spiritually by feeding and applying the word of God to their lives.
