Help!

Real Player is a free program that allows you to listen to audio and view video content on the internet. During each of our services, we digitize the sermon and later convert it to the Real Audio format. These sermons are then put on the internet so that you can hear them.

If you are not sure whether you have the RealPlayer program, try clicking on one of the links in the Messages section on this web site. If you get an error message, or if a windows box pops up asking which program to use to open the file, you will need to download the most recent version. If the RealPlayer program starts up and starts playing, you will be able to listen to the messages.

To get the most recent copy of RealPlayer, go to www.real.com. To find it, click on the download section in the top menu bar of the site. On this page you should see both the 'RealPlayer' and the 'RealPlayer Plus'. RealPlayer Plus is an enhanced version of RealPlayer and is sold from thier site. You will be able to listen to the sermons with the basic program. To go directly to the download page, click here.

To make note of while listening:

• Streaming audio to your computer is subject to traffic on the internet. You may experience disrupted or slightly garbled reception when listening during the evenings or other prime time hours when internet usage is the highest.
• Some of the older messages were digitally encoded from a cassette tape rather than from the live audio source. This will give you a lower, although still adequate, quality of recording.
