The Purpose: “ To equip, prepare and mentor men who sense a calling to enter pastoral ministry with the goal of planting churches.”
The Process: The PIT ministry is a two-year commitment of preparation for ministry. This training is a combination of classroom, self-study, and hands on opportunities to prepare for pastoral ministry. You are only required to commit to one semester at a time but must complete two years to finish the course.
The People: The PIT ministry is designed to prepare men for ministry. If you aren’t sure about your calling but you desire to grow deeper in your relationship with Jesus, PIT may be helpful to you. PIT doesn’t produce pastors, but helps to prepare men to step out on the battlefield. If you are interested in knowing more, please stop by the Chapel Office and pick up an information sheet and application.
The Plan: PIT Ministry will be held on Tuesday evenings from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at RMCC. |
